Mrs. Nicholls is the housekeeper at Netherfield Park. She makes the white soup for the Netherfield Ball, and months later, Mrs. Phillips learns that Charles Bingley is returning to Netherfield because she goes to the butcher's in Meryton while preparing for his return.
