Mr. Phillips

Mr. Phillips is a minor character in Pride and Prejudice. He is married to Mrs. Phillips and is thus the brother-in-law of Mrs. Bennet. He is an attorney, which is one of the reasons why the Bingley sisters considered the Bennet family to be so beneath them.
